The Secretariats Report (SC34 N0340) was reviewed and suggested to be amended as shown below:

(1) SC 34 Status Log, TR 9573-11:1992

"N 305 - Defect Report" should be replaced with "N 305 - DTR (2nd Edition)".

(2) SC 34 Status Log, 10179:1996/FPDAM1

"Shigeru Kaida" should be replaced with "Takashige Noguchi".
