True roundtripping here also seems to be of limited use, because you're 
unlikely to have mixed IBM and NEC characters. I think most of the time 
what you want is the ability to pick which of those two will 
Unicode->SJIS produce (edited)

So you would do e.g. cp932 -> Unicode -> jisIBM or whatever that's called.
