Hello SG15 folks,

On Thursday, 2019-02-07 at 9AM Pacific time, there will be a pre-Kona
SG15 telecon to continue discussing module interactions with tooling.

Our goals are to discuss:

(0) Finish informative discussion of modules naming/lookup concerns.
(1) Informative discussion of the impact on non-build-system tools.
(2) Start building consensus for concrete solutions/steps we can take
to resolve concerns, specifically something in the shape of a standing
document on module mapping/lookup.

I don't have a specific agenda yet; I've reached out to a few people
and asked them if they could present.
