[Tooling] Questions on compiler options..

Unfortunately, this paper was not discussed, nor shown, yesterday. Hence, no feedback was given and thus feedback now is better than feedback in several months when we meet again to vote on a variety of subjects only to discover we still don’t have a direction or focus from the group and we do the same thing we’ve done for the last 3 face to face meetings.
