The meeting will be held at International Conference Center, Center for Scholarly Information of Waseda University (1-6-1 Nishi-Waseda, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 169-8050). The university is located near Shinjuku station, in the northwest part of the central Tokyo. Visit the following URLs.

The room for the meeting is
Conference Room No.1. It has the capacity of 98 attendees and is equipped with
screens, projectors, microphones, and has Internet connection. The room is
reserved 9:00 - 21:00 for the first two days and 9:00-17:00 for the third
day.
The organizer would
like to ask all the participants to stay at RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL TOKYO during the
meeting period for taking meeting discount. We believe RIHGA ROYAL Hotel Tokyo
is one of the best choice to stay in Tokyo considering cost-performance and
location. The hotel is located next to Waseda University. You can find its

Any changes by the delegate to
accommodation as booked must be negotiated with the RIHGA ROYAL HOTEL TOKYO.
Accommodation cannot be guaranteed for delegates registering after December
21st 2003.

1. Narita Express (East Japan Railway: JR)
Narita Express is convenient when you move from Narita Airport to Tokyo area. All trains of Narita Express stop at Tokyo Station and some of them go to Shinjuku Station. 2. Keisei Sky Liner Airport Express
(Keisei Electric Railway)
You can use Keisei Sky Liner from
Narita Airport to Tokyo area. It does not go to Tokyo or Shinjuku directly. The
terminal station is Ueno. It takes 58 minutes to Keisei Ueno Station. For more

3. Bus services
- You can also use Bus services from
Narita Airport to several stations in Tokyo. For more information, visit their

- If you will stay at RIHGA Royal Hotel, you can use Pick-up shuttle services from/to Narita Airport to/from Hotel. Reservation is necessary. For more information, visit their web site at http://www.rihga.com/tokyo/index.html.
NOTE: Taxis are not recommended from Narita Airport to Tokyo Area because of long distance. But short distance use of Taxi is very useful. Taxis and subway may not accept credit cards. You should prepare necessary amount of cash. The best way to reach your destination without mistake is to show the address to the bus driver or taxi driver. He will have pleasure to help you. You do not have to pay tips.
All foreign visitors entering Japan must have a valid passport. Visa may need to be obtained before arrival by country. If your country request a "Invitation Letter" for you to come to the meeting, please request Ms. Nagasawa, IPSJ/ITSCJ.
