Dear All,
Recently the ISO Technical Management Board in order to ensure that all work
items are being actively advanced by meeting the appropriate target dates
took this following resolution:
"...items which have not moved for three years or longer shall be cancelled
automatically by the Central Secretariat..."
In checking the SCs work programme we have noticed that the following
project(s) have according to our information, not moved for 3 years:
* ISO/IEC DIS 15068-5, POSIX System Administration - Part 3: User and
Group Account Administration, DIS stage since 1998-02-24
* ISO/IEC WD TR 15436, Interfacing Modula-2 to C, WD stage since
1996-10-30
* ISO/IEC DIS 15879, DCE-RPC interoperability (XDSA-DCE), Approved PAS
since 1998-02-09
We should be grateful if you could confirm that the present status of this
(these) project(s)
is correct and any reasons for the delay .
Thanking you for your help
Regards
K. Brannon
