Draft 4 Reviewers Notes = Please Read
These notes accompany Draft 4.
These notes should be read prior to reviewing the document set.
The review period for Draft 4 commences August 1st and completes
September 26th. A plenary meeting is being held in the week of October 9th.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO IEEE AND ISO BALLOTERS: PLEASE REFER TO THE
BALLOTING INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION. PLEASE DO NOT FILE
DUPLICATE BALLOTS INTO MORE THAN ONE BALLOT POINT. IEEE AND ISO
BALLOTS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE AUSTIN GROUP FOR RESOLUTION.
Balloters in The Open Group process and all other interested
parties (including Austin Group participants who may be
participating in the other organizational ballots, but who
wish to submit direct comments not duplicated in the other ballot)
should file comments directly to the Austin Group.

for this draft is sequential through the volume set, this will
not appear like this in the final publication

Where open issues exist a reviewers note is placed within the
text.

The scope has been rewritten and now only appears in XBD.

The portability considerations have been rewritten and merged,
and now only appear in the XRAT volume.
Known problems

The following pages were thrown blank in XSH: page 1714, 1769 and 2176.
The will not be blank in the final document.

A rationale shading bar got prematurely switched off on the
link() manual page 1210.

Reviewers will need to refer to the resolved aardvark from D3 for some
items.

There are some erroneous change bars within some tables, notably
on XSH pages 517-520, these will not appear in the final published
document.

The XRAT volume was updated on August 8th and now has page
numbers commencing at page 3309 onwards.
