Discussion:
In 3 of the four unordered containers the local begin member is mistakenly declared const:
local_iterator begin(size_type n) const;
Proposed resolution:
Change the synopsis in 24.5.4 [unord.map], 24.5.5 [unord.multimap], and 24.5.7 [unord.multiset]:
local_iterator begin(size_type n)const;
