There has been much activity on specifications for IDN, Internet Domain
Naming, that is, how to write addresses on the internet.
The plan is to use IS 10646 in the naming, but as far as I know, the
set of specifications has not been finalized yet. There has been some problems
with some mechanisms that were patented.
