Status:    In accordance with Resolution 12B of its Singapore Plenary
           Meeting, JTC 1 resolved that all ballots (at all levels) 
           must have at least 50% of P-members responding (which 
           inculdes abstentions) in order for the ballot to be valid.
           With reference to the attached statistics, SC 2 P-members 
           are asked to review their membership status and to inform 
           SC 2 Secretairat and ITTF if any changes are needed.
