       Document Status:As per JTC 1 Sophia resolution 22, the JTC 1 Chairman has organized a meeting of SC 2, SC 22/WG

                                         20 and SC 35 to facilitate the cooperation and coordination of the projects within the JTC 1 PoW

                                         relating to cultural and linguistic matters.  Additionally, all other JTC 1 National Bodies,

                                         Liaison Organizations and JTC 1 Recognized PAS Submitters are invited to attend.

 

JTC 1 Subcommittees, in particular SCs 2, 35 and SC 22/WG 20, as well as JTC 1 National Bodies, Liaison Organizations and JTC 1 Recognized PAS Submitters Liasion Organizatons are invited to submit specific agenda items for discussion at this meeting.   All suggestions for agenda topics should be forwarded to the JTC 1 Secretariat by 1 April 2003.

 

JTC 1 Subcommittees, as well as JTC 1 National Bodies, Liaison Organizations and JTC 1 Recognized PAS Submitters Liasion Organizatons are requested to advise the JTC 1 Secretariat of their authorized delegates to this meeting as soon as possible, but no later than 1 April 2003.

 

Please note that this meeting will convene immediately prior to the ISO Chairman’s Conference scheduled for 4-6 June 2003 in the same location.  Please also note that due to numerous events taking place in Geneva during the same week, hotel rooms are scarce.  Delegates are advised to make hotel reservations as soon as possible.
