Subject: The S20 is coming
X-Charset: ASCII
X-Char-Esc: 29

In the expected scheme of things this message should arrive before the
draft copy of S20.120. I will send this message before the S20, but Deus
Ex Machina often has other ideas. I am sending this draft to WG5 as well
as X3J3 because the feed back from them will be useful.

This version of the S20 contains all the interpretations that are in my
possession and that I was able to decipher. Please review the S20 and:

   1. Ensure that any interpretations you expected to appear are actually
present and really answer the question(s) you asked. Note that in
a number of cases one request will have produced more than one
interpretation if the request contained complex several questions.

   2. Ensure that the interpretations are, subject to my privilege as
      editor, correct.

There are 41 interpretations in this draft. Despite my request I did not
receive legible (machine readable or otherwise) copies of:

                   119-PSP-1 (item 49)
                   119-KWH-4A (item 71A)
                   120-KWH-1 (item 78)
                   120-KWH-3 (item 90)

Nor did I receive any information about the responses to:

                   119-TL-1 (item 45)
                   119-PSP-1 (item 49)
                   120-JCA-11 (item 11)

I need to know if anything else is missing and, more to the point, who is
responsible for providing me with readable text.

I want to thank every one who provided me with machine readable text, that
is what really makes the work of putting together the S20 quite straight
forward.

I have endeavored to put all the interpretations into the format and style
that I will be proposing in 121-ADT-3. All positive criticisms will be
welcome.

Andrew
