My statement was probably not clear.  What I should have said is that
all the other X3Jx committees seem to get along better with X3 than X3J3
did.  I was a member of X3 for 5 years and am still friends with various
members of X3.  In private chats with them over the issues between X3
and X3J3, ALL of them have said that no other committee has the problem
with relationships with X3 that the X3J3 committee has had. 

I am certainly not knowledgable of issues that WGs may have had with other
X3Jx committees.  I speak only from the X3/X3J3 relationship.
