This opens up the Convenorship to member bodies other than the US.  I hope
that someone will be able to take on this position.  It's a great assignment -
lots of travel and a nice title.  I would hate for WG5 to be disbanded
(as was WG2 - Pascal) for lack of a Convenor.  Please, if you have any
inclination in this direction, seriously consider letting me know.  I will
find out what steps need to be taken to get an SC22 appointment as soon as
possible (probably an SC22 letter ballot).
