Version 4 reflects the the recent WG5 and X3J3 ballots and
has been placed on the X3J3 server.  The "B" file has been
divided into "B0", "B050" and "B100".

The edits, sorted by page lineno and formatted as insertion pages, are
being reproduced and will be mailed to both WG5 and X3J3 at the end of
next week.

For those keeping a complete history, the version 3 files (as of the
end of m129) have also been placed on the X3J3 server.

If you have suggestions/comments/requests relating to these files please
let me know.
