Thanks for your support. Chuck Lawson who visited the last X3J3
meeting also mentioned that this functionality was very important
I have been trying to get it into Fortran for years and only
narrowly failed in the politicing that resulted in F90.
I am copying this to the wg5/X3J3 list for info.
