I am confused. You say you resent four parts, I've only got A, B, and D
(which arrived in the order B, D, A with part of the subject stripped off
so I could not figure out which pieces went where without reading the
the first few lines and last few lines). I am still missing C. However,
in an earlier message you say you are not going to send C again. Does this
mean that I should already have a good copy of C? I would prefer a hard
copy if this can be arranged.
