The intent is that a message addressed to sc22wg5@dkuug.dk will be sent to all
WG5 members who have e-mail; there is a small but significant number of
members who do not have access to e-mail. 

To simplify administration, so far as possible sc22wg5 uses sublists
for each country and this may be one reason why there may not be a precise
match between target and actual audience.  The current content of the list is
appended.  Please notify me of any requested changes; there is no way for
people to subscribe to the list automatically.
