I happen to know of one WG5 member who doesn't yet receive mails from this
mailing list. On the other hand there are indications supporting the conjecture
that there are non-WG5 members on the mailing list. Could anyone answer
the following questions:

1. Are all WG5 members having e-mail addresses on the current WG5 memeber list
included in this mailing list or is it in general necessary to request
for inclusion via SG22WG5-request or by some other means?

2. Are any persons who are not WG5 members on this mailing list?

I think that it is essential to have the answers because one needs to know
what kind of audience one is addressing when one posts something in the
mailing list.
