The easiest is or, alternatively, The latter is guaranteed to work, the formaer will work as long as the University doesn't take on another Miles Ellis. It's a sufficiently unusual name that the likelihood of that is small enough to not need to bother with the etrc sub-domain. My existing email address wil also work for the foreseeable future, but that may not be more than a couple of years.
