QUESTION:

Is the following valid Fortran 90?

IMPLICIT CHARACTER*10, (C)

According to ISO/IEC 1539:1991 this is allowed as far as I can see but it
certainly is not meant to be.

REFERENCES: ISO/IEC 1539:1991 (E) section 5.1.1.5

SUGESTION: Augment the constraint [42:24] to exclude the usage in an IMPLICIT
statement.

I couldn't find the method to report this in the correct way. Can anyone
tell me how to do that?
