I suggest we just make this easy on ourselves and grant Dick (as "acting
006r editor") and whoever is maintaining the document at the WG5 level
(Jeanne, John Reid?) the right to remove the identifier GEN from the 
cited line.  Please, let's not create anguish for ourselves with this one
through numerous levels of committee votes.
