As per resolutions at Bechtesgarden I have made the requested changes to
the draft. The result has been placed on the anonymous ftp server
here at 
FTP.LIV.AC.UK
in directory
pub/wg5
the files are named is1539-2.cd2 (wordperfect reformatable)
                    is1539-2.cd2.asc (ascii)
                    is1539-2.cd2.ps.Z (compressed postscript)
I have also put the source text of the module and the example programs
on the server with .F90 file extensions.
I hope this is now acceptable as a document to go forward for DIS ballot,
and that the only subsequent changes will be editorial!
