Jeanne Martin has asked me to revise N871 to include the new country
submissions. My current draft is available by anonymous ftp from
130.246.8.20 in the directory pub/open/wg5. I have kept to the format
of N871, but as an ascii file so that it is easy to send it around.
Your comments are welcome, particularly if I have misrepresented a
country's opinion. Where two or more countries seem to have the same or
very close views, I have combined their submissions into a single item.
For closely related items I have used a number followed by a letter so
that they appear together in the repository.

Best wishes,
John.
