It will be available from the other "usual" outlets early next week, after I return from San Diego. This document will appear in Scientific Programming, vol. 2, no. 1 in July. We will not be writing any new versions this year, but there will be a follow-up effort starting in January 1994 to consider new features. FTP instructions: The relevant files are on titan.cs.rice.edu in directory /public/HPFF/draft.
