I didn't get many comments on my form, so I am
sssuming it should be something like it is. All
of them will be e-mailed to J3 per the suggestion
of the king of J3. John, if you want all of WG5
to get them, let me know.

The assumption is, I guess, that J3 will process
them much like we did some suggestions we had in
LV last meeting.

I will shortly send the first "real" suggestion
from me to see how things work.

Anything can be changed of course. For example,
if, after processing procedures are established,
we can get them in XML if that will help.

Here is a proposed announcement to go the same
places that requests for comments on F03 went
(Fortran Forum, c.l.f., etc.).
