As promised in LV, I have attempted a form for
submitting a feature request:

There is no link to it from any other place, so
only we will be able to try it for a while. If
you would be willing to beta test it for me, I
would appreciate it.

The way it works now is that the result is e-mailed
to me and to the submitter.

Here are questions (particularly for John and Stan,
I guess):

1. Would you like to change the intro text at the
    top (or anything else)?

2. To whom should the thing be mailed?

3. Do you want an XML version as well as text?

4. How would you like them numbered (they are
    just numbered 1, 2, 3, ... now, but it could
    be something line FR10001, FR10002, etc.)?

5. Any other comments/suggestions?

When/if it is working like we want, we can
publicize the URL above.
