All I did was to update the page and line numbers in 03-199r1, and remove two edits that don't have a place to which they apply as a result of modifications to 03-007 made at J3 meeting 165. In particular, I have not incorporated anything having to do with allowing submodules of different modules to have the same name. There is one worked- out proposal -- with edits -- to make submodule names local to their ancestor module. There are other not-yet-ripe proposals to construct a submodule identifier that is a conflation of its name and the name of its ancestor module. If we can reach consensus in the next week or so I can put something into the draft. Otherwise, we'll need to work on it at the J3 meeting.
