Mallory,

The fcd, aka J3/03-007r2, aka WG5 N1578, has been uploaded to the
incoming directory of the J3 server as 03-007r2.tar. Please have
it installed to the appropriate place on the server for others to
access.

Others,

For those in a hurry, the fcd can temporarily be found in

    <ftp://ftp.dfrc.nasa.gov/incoming/j3/n1578>

This is only a temporary copy, which will go away automatically
in th erelatively near future (probably about 2 weeks, though I'm
not sure exactly). Therefore, please do *NOT* publish this location
in announcements to the general public (well, as general as the
audience for Fortran matters gets). It would be a disservice to
people to give them a pointer to a copy that is likely to be gone
when they actually try to retieve it. I'm assuming that people
on the WG5 list will also get the announcement when it is put in
its more permanent place (presumably soon).

Oh, also, do not get the files from the directories named 03-007r2
and fcd on the dfrc server. Those were drafts prior to correction
of a few minor errors. The copy in the directory named n1578 is
the released version. Unfortunately, I can't delete the earlier
attempts (though they will also go away in a few weeks).

The changes between the 03-007r1 and 03-007r2 are pretty minimal.
They are detailed in John's paper N1575. However, they do cause
page and line number changes throughout the document. Therefore,
please do reference the 03-007r2 (aka N1578) for any public
comments; references to 03-007r1 would likely cause confusion.
