Just following up to point out the date on that message (9 Sept).  If
you thought this question was already closed (at least in my mind),
you were correct.  For some reason, this 2-week-old message seems to
have re-appeared.  Nothing new here.  Surprised to find this one in
my email this morning (in between about a dozen more copies of the
latest Windows email worm - glad I'm not reading my email on a Windows
box).
