WG5,

Dan, Richard, Van and I have agreed that we will consider the ballots as 
they come in. I will maintain a list of edits that we four think are 
correct, minor, and non-controversial. I will send out versions by email 
as the list evolves. This will let any WG5 member express objections; if 
any edit proves controversial, we will remove it.

The first list consists of all the edits in Richard's vote.
