It was pointed out to me that the text version of the 03-007r1
lacks linefeeds. This appears to be from a version difference
in the pdftotext utility, which needs a -layout switch in
version 2 in order to do what was the default in version 1.

I have uploaded a fixed 007.txt.gz file as
  <ftp://ftp.dfrc.nasa.gov/incoming/j3/007.txt.gz>
and in the j3/incoming directory of the j3 server.

Please replace the older one with this. (The text should be
identical except for the reformating, as it comes from the
same identical source).
