Mallory, I have uploaded 03-007r1.tgz to the j3/incoming dir on
the j3 server. Please have it installed to the right place.

Others, I have put a temporary copy of it in the dir
  <ftp://ftp.dfrc.nasa.gov/incoming/j3/03-007r1>
This spot gets regularly "cleaned" and probably won't be there
more than a week or two.

This incorporates everything passed at J3 meeting 165, namely:
  Change name to Fortran 2003,
Hacked stuff for Japanese font sample in Note 4.14.
  191r2, 192r1, 193r2, 194r3, 195r1, 198, 205r1, 207r2, 208r1
  211, 212r1, 213r1, 214r2, 217r1, 219r1, 220r2, 222(none),
  223r1, 224r1, 225r1, 226r1, 227r2, 235r1, 236, 237, 238,
  240, 241r1, 243r1, 245r1, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250r1

Dan has data showing the links between the WG5 resolutions and
these J3 papers.

The only change not in the passed papers is
Added 2 commas in paper 03-245R1, edit for 63:8.

(My other comments got fed back early enough to be incorporated).

This is intended to be the draft that becomes the FCD, pending
WG5 vote. (John, I can make a version with headings as appropriate to
an FCD. Presume you will contact me about that, which I suppose
would be after the WG5 vote to forward it).

In addition to the technical review through the usual channels, I am
particularly interested in feedback about whether Note 4.13 (used to
be 4.14) prints acceptably. There were problems with it in the
previous draft. I think those problems should now be resolved, but it
hasn't yet had the real test of being printed on lots of different
printers.
