Dear Aleksandar:
    No, instead it appears that there were problems with the J3 Mailing 
List for the last few weeks.  In my observation, most, if not all, 
messages sent to the J3 Mailiing List since around July 10 got stuck 
inside the mail server.  This includes all of the WG5 messages since the 
WG5 Mailing List includes the J3 Mailing List as a recipient.
