As I found out earlier, I cannot reach John from home.

As this pertains to WG5, I sent this message via the mailing list.

Cheers,

Well, I've *thought* lots about, but haven't been able to put my
thoughts into action. I hoped to be able to phone around here in
Utrecht for a suitable hotel during my holidays, but unfortunately, the
past two weeks got gobbled up fully with other work.

There's another 1 1/2 week "window" where I could do some work on this
(between the WG5 and the J3 meeting), but that time window is filled
with work, too.

Is it really necessary to reach a decision next week on the venue for
2005 ? (an honest question - I simply don't know).

Otherwise, I might get some time to go for the Utrecht solution ....

Kind regards,
