Just so that people won't wonder why I'm not answering...

I will be on vacation from 1-15 July.  While I might occasionally
check my email, it will be sporadic at best.  I certainly won't be
doing anything that requires much thought (like reviewing
documents).  I also won't even be skimming anything that isn't
viewable as plain text - X11 over hotel room dialups is not fun.
