Me neither, but it was said in the material I was replacing, so I kept it in the new material. I tried to minimize the number of gratuitious changes that I incorporated as part of this paper, particularly as I already have one such change perhaps larger than some people might like (the moving of some material from c5 to c4). If someone wants to remove that statement, I consider that a separate issue.
