Dear All:
    I could go either way on this.  I have a slight preference for 
"Fortran 2000", mostly because it shortens nicely to the nickname of 
"F2K".  I am willing to go along with "Fortran 2003" if that is what the 
majority prefers.  I will admit that John's first reason is a very good 
reason for changing the name to "Fortran 2003".
