That doesn't really work very well, for me at least.  I have others at work
that I often consult with on these things, and I won't have access to them
over the holidays.  Nor will I have access to a Harris machine where I can
try things (like seeing what our compiler does with certain constructs).

If the ballot dates stand as Jerry proposed, then I'll just have to
abstain.
