I have replaced the text of N1528 by the words 'Paper withdrawn', and
modified the index to correspond.

Sorry about that - it is not easy with my new mailer to copy files
out of a mail message without losing the line formatting. I have
replaced N1532 by the new version. Please, everyone, send me attachments.

Strictly speaking, I should not have modified either of these papers.
If anyone has downloaded them, please discard your download versions.
