I agree with Bill that the holiday season is not an ideal time for
this letter ballot.  Nevertheless, no time is good for everyone and
we need to get on with the corrigenda process (remember, there has
to be a WG5 ballot _after_ the X3J3 ballot).  At the risk of some
"Bah, humbug!"s, might I suggest that members who will be out of
their offices over the holidays might consider taking the ballot
along as homework?  That's almost certainly what I'll have to do.
