J3's standing document 12 (aka 012) has the potential to serve this purpose. It is the place where we keep track of everyone connected with J3 that INCITS thinks has no official standing. One big category is whatever information we have about past J3 members. However, it is only as good as _you_ make it. If you would like your contact information listed in 012, please send it to hirchert@atmos.uiuc.edu this week.
