Richard Maine has reminded me that JPL has the same variety of pinheads in
network security as does Dryden.  They have been threatening to block access
to the smtp client on math.jpl.nasa.gov, probably for the same reason as at
Dryden: "It's policy."  The story here is that we are only allowed to have
one mail server per floor of our building.  It doesn't matter that the same
guy administers all of our computers.  It's clearly impossible for more than
one of them to be secure.

So, you should get into the habit of sending my mail to
