WG5,

I discovered this afternoon that five messages (2682 to 2686),
the last of which was my 'Message from the Convener' had 
got stuck because of some problem with file permissions. They have
now been resent, as 2687 to 2691. Sorry about that. 

Mallory, do not issue a new paper for Lawrie - he copied that to J3
and you already have it.
