Yes, but delete the word 'giant'. The size of N1189 is 189851 bytes.
The size of the N1509 (the recent US vote) is 159442 bytes as pdf and
183714 bytes as pdf, making a total of 343156 bytes.

I am opposed to this. The text file with numbered items works very well
for the interpretations and for the repository.

A decided disadvantage. Handling the US vote was a pain. I could not
concatenate it with the other country votes into a single document and
I could not cut and paste from it while considering how to respond to
it.
