Hello,

Choosing Fortran 2002 is logical and the palindromic aspect is a bonus 
but, in common usage, people are not going to write or say "Fortran 
2002" but, probably, something like "Fortran-oh-two" or its non-
English equivalent. This usage will not convey the up-to-date nature of 
the new language.
