The UK vote on N743 was sent by e-mail on November 15 but was mangled and not
delivered.  Unfortunately I was away and did not receive this information until
today.  Here it is for information, even if it is too late to be official:

Country ballot(UK):                                  Yes, with comments.

The document satisfies the criteria for Committee Draft, although as is pointed
out in votes from individual members from the UK, further editorial work is
needed and testing on a real processor is highly desirable before proceeding to
DIS.

My own vote (plain "yes") suffered the same fate.
