Two ballots were given to me at the X3J3 meeting that I neglected to count
in the tally that I emailed yesterday, for which I apologize profusely. I
received a late ballot this morning from Mr. Shen.  Kurt informs me his
vote was no.  So please add the following to yesterday's counts.
