I was booked to fly from Heathrow at 9 a.m. on Friday Sept 14 and was offered a full refund if I cancelled beforehand and I decided to accept. At that moment, the chairman had not decided whether to hold the meeting, and I would have hated to take a seat from an American who needed to get home.
