Further to John's message, changing the list to be restricted was done
because something like 25% of messages sent to the list were spam.  We
are planning changes to the operation of the list which will eliminate
spam and at the same time will allow all existing recipients of messages
to post to the list.  We are also hoping to improve the archiving of
messages and their indexing. 

In the short term John is having to forward some messages manually and
some people are receiving additional copies of e-mails.  Please bear
with us while we sort this out. The changes involve operations at
dkuug.dk and are not entirely under our control.
