To X3J3 and WG5 -

It's nice to start the week with some good news: I have just received 
word from the X3 Secretariat that the BSR has now officially approved 
the Fortran 90 standard.  It is ANSI X3.198-1992.  I don't know the 
official date yet, but apparently it will be around mid-Sep, 
give or take a month.
