The following Fortran 95 interpretations are being balloted:

Yes No Number Title

-Y- --- 000002 Free source form requirement for blank in
                          PRINT statement

-Y- --- 000010 Meaning of embedded blanks in namelist input

-Y- --- 000012 Evaluation of Intrinsic Procedures

-Y- --- 000018 ELEMENTAL procedures with no arguments

-Y- --- 000019 Result of NULL intrinsic associated with
                          CHARACTER(*) dummy argument

-Y- --- 000020 Execution of a WHERE statement within a
                          WHERE construct

-Y- --- 000021 Restrictions on <generic-spec> on END
                          INTERFACE

-Y- --- 000022 Use of NULL() as initialization

-Y- --- 000024 Termination of a partial record by a CLOSE,
                          BACKSPACE, ENDFILE, or REWIND statement

-Y- --- 000025 List-directed input: types of variables
                          corresponding to repeated values

-Y- --- 000028 Implicitly Typed Statement Function
                          Character Dummy

-Y- --- 000029 Nested Derived Types and Defined Assignment

-Y- --- 000081 Definition status of derived-type objects
                          with pointer components

-Y- --- 000085 Public components of private types

-Y- --- 000087 MOD and MODULO intrinsic functions with
                          zero divisor

-Y- --- 000088 INTRINSIC statement and attribute

-Y- --- 000089 Rules allowing duplicate names

--- -N- 000090 What do ``Prior Specification'' and
                          ``defined previously'' mean?

I prefer any of the answers in J3 paper 01-138
(not 01-138r1). These answers amount to allowing
properties deduced from a declaration in the same
entity-decl to be used in the initialization.
The argument that appears to have carried the day
is that any of these answers cause work for vendors.
But several vendors already interpret the standard
according the answers in 01-138, so interpreting
the standard according to 01-138r1 makes work for
those vendors. Given that either interpretation
makes work for somebody, I prefer the one that is
                         more useful.

-Y- --- 000091 Definition of "present" is defective

-Y- --- 000092 Values of the PAD= Specifier in the
                          INQUIRE Statement

-Y- --- 000093 Allocatable arrays as actual arguments

-Y- --- JP-06 Type declaration statements
